Had a root canal done, I have so much anxiety getting mouth work done to the point I start shaking. He didn't tell me anything that he was doing, was constantly stretching and wiping the sweat off his forehead. Somebody had buzzed in and when he got up out of his chair his chair swung and hit me in the side of the face. Either he didn't notice or he just didn't say anything. He was the only person in the building had no assistance. The only reason I went to him was because of the price. I'm a mother of five and had been putting this root canal off for 2 years because of my anxiety and the cost. Needless to say I will never get another root canal done in my life. This whole situation has literally traumatized me. And now I have to go to my normal dentist just to get a crown put on. Which I don't have insurance so this is the whole reason I came to this office not knowing they don't do the crown. And living 2 hours away I had no choice but to get it done. All he had to do was be a little more personal understanding and walk and talk you through the procedure instead of saying nothing the entire time.

Dr. Jet was amazing. I went to him on 06/01/2026 for my first-ever root canal, and I was extremely nervous because I have pretty bad anxiety. A lot of my anxiety came from having to keep my mouth open for a long time, but he was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything, which helped me feel much more comfortable. Before finding him, I was getting quoted $2,000+ at other offices for a root canal. Dr. Jet had the most affordable price I could find, and the $500 included the X-rays, numbing, and the root canal itself. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I would definitely go back to him. Now I’m just waiting to get my crown done. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My Dad came to visit me years ago in tremendous pain. He was waiting for the VA hospital in NYC to surgically remove a tooth the dentist said could not be done in an office. Dr. Jett was kind enough to see him that evening. He was able to remove the tooth in minutes without complications. We were amazed. He was free of pain and we had a great visit. I was beyond thankful.

Dr. Jet did my root canal last year in May. Two months ago, I saw that my infection was back. He tried telling me that in the x-ray it doesn’t show anything and that the instruments that he uses only goes so far. I just saw the UIC dentistry/Endodontics today. They were nice enough to take a 3-D scan for me on the house. The provider I was speaking with he said that on the tooth that I have the infection on, it has three canals. And one of the canals it had a second canal that Dr. Jet missed. Dr. Jet made it sound that the unsuccessful rate for root canals are very slim. I believe he told me the successful rate for his root canals are like 75-80%. Unfortunately, I did not fall in their category. I wasted my money getting my root canal done here. I would not recommend this place. Also I would recommend seeing a ENDODONTIC not a DDS/dentist to get a root canal done. After with my whole experience, I would want to get it done right the first time. Not waste all this time and money.

Very nice staff and Dr. Jet was amazing he explained the process thoroughly before starting the root canal. He even has a model demonstration to show the steps to a root canal. He asked if I was ok throughout the process. Very kind doctor and staff! The place was very clean and well kept as well.
